Before Stay Ageless Clinic had a name, it had a standard. That standard came from 25 years spent inside one of New York's most demanding hospital environments - Mount Sinai South Nassau.
I built this clinic because I saw what patients weren't getting. They deserved better than one-size-fits-all treatments from providers who had never worked in a medical setting. Farina Sial, PA, MBA didn't come to aesthetic medicine through a short course or a weekend training. She came through the operating room. Through critical care. Through neurosurgery. Through 25 years on the front lines of hospital medicine at Mount Sinai South Nassau - one of the most respected hospital systems in New York.
During that time, she developed something that no certification program can teach: an intimate, clinical understanding of human anatomy. Of how tissue responds to trauma and healing. Of what precision actually looks like when a mistake has real consequences. That background - paired with advanced aesthetic training - became the foundation for everything Stay Ageless Clinic stands for today.
Stay Ageless Clinic was born in the wake of COVID-19. While many stepped back, Farina stepped forward. She made the decision to build something of her own - a clinic where medical rigor and aesthetic artistry could coexist. Where no treatment was performed without a thorough clinical assessment. Where the patient's safety was always the first and final word.
What began as a small, patient-focused practice grew rapidly - not through advertising, but through results. Patients came back. They sent their friends. They left reviews that described something they had not expected to find: a provider who actually listened, who took the time to explain, and who delivered outcomes that looked genuinely natural. Today, Stay Ageless Clinic has treated more than 1,200 patients, earned over 300 five-star reviews, and expanded to two clinic locations across Long Island.
